Programme Conditions
- Affiliates must under no circumstances purchase proprietary names or any derived spelling of Pierre & Vacances, P&V-Holidays or its brand names. Hybrid phrases containing proprietary names such as 'pierre vacances holiday' cannot be used either.
- Affiliates may not use any Pierre & Vacances domain name in the title, description or as the display url on any PPC search engine; eg. pv-holidays.com, pierre-vacances.fr, pierreetvacances.com, etc.
- On straight bidding search engines, no affiliate may rank higher than the official Pierre & Vacances websites for any term or phrase.
- Buying domains including the brand name and misspellings are not allowed.
In the event of non-observance of its keyword purchase policy, the PV Holidays Group reserves the right to delete all the relevant affiliate's sales.
Publishers are required to apply an appropriate negative match to protected keywords to prevent any broad matching incident.
